We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deli Manager to lead our deli department and ensure high-quality food, excellent customer service, and smooth daily operations.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of deli experience in a supermarket or grocery store


Prior management or supervisory experience preferred


Strong knowledge of deli operations, food preparation, and merchandising


Experience with staff scheduling, training, and supervision


Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations


Ability to manage inventory, ordering, shrink, and sales


Strong customer service and leadership skills


Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented


Responsibilities:


Oversee daily deli operations


Supervise, train, and motivate deli staff


Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation


Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health standards


Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control


Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
