Boat Captain Needed – West Palm Beach (Catamaran Charter)

Top Shelf Charters is hiring a professional Captain for our 34-passenger catamaran Keylypso operating out of the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach area.

We run fun, high-energy sightseeing and sandbar cruises (Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts, Peanut Island trips, private charters). This is steady work for the right mariner.

Requirements:
• Valid USCG Captain’s License - at least 25 Tons
• Proven local operating experience in Palm Beach / Lake Worth Inlet / Intracoastal
• Strong docking, passenger handling, and situational awareness
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Ability to pass drug screening

Preferred (not required):
• Catamaran experience
• High-capacity passenger vessel experience
• Familiarity with tidal currents, bridges, and local traffic patterns
