Assisted living home looking for caregiver

Small 5 bed assisted living home located in south anchorage is looking to fill a full time caregiver position.
- must be able to lift 50 + lbs
- must have current first aide and cpr certification ( or can get one before starting)
-must have current negative Tuberculosis test
- must speak English
- organized and reliable a must
- no experience necessary will train right person.
-must pass background check
Job description
5 bed assisted living facility cares for adults 18 years old or over who have a physical disability, we specialize in dementia care and end of life care. Bathing, feeding(depends on client), helping in bathroom, teeth care, hair care, and companionship is what we do for the elders, along with cooking and housekeeping. We are looking to start training asap.
We have great staff retention( all staff has been with us for 5 years) as well as amazing client retention (most clients been with us 5 years).
We offer flexibility for schedules as well as raises depending on evaluations. We also permit children to come with to work if daycare falls through as long as they are behaved and do not disturb clients.
