Painting Prep/Labor

What you'll do:

Prep surfaces (sanding, scraping, masking, priming)
Apply paint, stain, or coatings with brushes, rollers, sprayers
Clean up job sites and maintain tools/equipment
Assist lead painter on ladders, scaffolding, and tight spaces

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to job sites
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather (we do interiors year-round when possible)
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Experience preferred but will train motivated beginners
Valid driver's license & clean record a big plus
Drug-free & able to pass a background check if required

Details:

Pay: $22–$30 per hour DOE (higher for experienced painters)
Full-time seasonal (May–September peak; possible year-round indoor work)
30–50+ hrs/week depending on projects
