Need Virtual Social Media Manager

I have a social media business where I record and edit for businesses. I've been doing it for 5 years and now I can't handle all my clients and need help finishing videos.

what I'm looking for is someone who already has experience in adobe premiere pro and only adobe premiere pro

reason is because I've had editors send me projects from Final Cut...etc but it's very difficult to make changes asap for my clients if I'm waiting on my editor so I rather make the changes myself and for that, I use adobe premiere pro

I need someone who's creative enough to make videos shorter and straight to the point

I have a video as an example of how I took a 1 minute interview and made it into a 25 second reel

I would send you the clips on Google Drive and you'll send me the finished reel with the project in case my clients want changes.

now here is the difficult part when it comes to finding a social media manager.

1) they want to do more than I need meaning they want to spend more time than necessary which equals to me spending more money. I know I'm not paying a lot but it's because I'm also not charging a lot so I have to stay on a tight turn around time to stay profitable.

if you're the type of editor that needs it to be perfect, I don't think we can work together.

also I have 3 other editors who help me with 90% of my videos, I only do about 10% myself which is just revising it if needed; cut out stutters, add more b roll, make sure it flows right which is what I want my social media manager to do for me.

2) I don't need help "running" my business. I've had editors with years of experience that have worked on big projects for TV, Movies...etc and they want to change the way I do things or they want me to change up my style of filming or improve the quality of videos...etc I just need an editor to finish videos for me, that's it.

I've had editors want to do more like edit, manage my other editors, film for me, do marketing and those are the editors I don't want to work with because I know I can't give them the opportunities they want unfortunately.

3) I don't want someone who sees me as a resource to grow their business and help them get their own clients. I've had editors who work for me and start promoting their other services to my clients and I don't really like that because my clients will think I'm part of those other services and IF my clients don't like the other services you did for them, they won't like me either because you're "my employee"

for example I've had an editor reach out to my clients behind my back telling them they can edit their videos cheaper (pretty much cutting out the middle man aka me). but of course my clients told me and I had to stop working with that editor

I've had editors say "But Reyes, I only pitched them my photography package since you don't do photography." which I understand but what if you do my clients dirty and don't like you, they will not want to work with me.

I could be wrong but if you're reading this and thinking "but that shouldn't matter, it's two different businesses and plus, they won't know I'm working with you, I won't even mention that, they'll think I'm just a random person reaching out."

you're right but that also tells me you plan to use me to promote your business and honestly I don't like doing business like that. if we're already butting heads before even working together about this topic, it's going to be a headache working together and I rather avoid that if possible please.
