About the Role We are seeking a reliable, service-driven Floor Supervisor / Key Holder to help lead daily operations and uphold our standards of hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism. This role is ideal for a strong lead server, bartender, or shift lead ready to step into a leadership position. The Floor Supervisor acts as the Manager on Duty when the General Manager is not present and ensures smooth operations during their shift.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Shift Oversight Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the GM Supervise front-of-house service and maintain service standards Support team members during peak service Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence during high-volume shifts Administrative & Operational Duties Submit and process invoices Make timecard adjustments and ensure payroll accuracy Complete End-of-Day (EOD) reports Maintain cash handling accuracy and safe procedures Communicate shift notes and operational updates to the GM Team & Kitchen Communication Identify and escalate kitchen or staff issues to the GM Maintain professional communication between FOH and BOH Support staff accountability and performance standards Assist with coaching and on-the-floor training as needed Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred) Strong understanding of restaurant operations Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks Excellent conflict resolution and guest recovery skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays What We’re Looking For A natural leader who leads by example Someone calm under pressure Hospitality-first mindset High integrity and accountability Comfortable making decisions independently Why Join Us?
