Job Description
A busy Multi-discipline law firm in Upland immediately needs a civil paralegal.
Job Duties include client intake, calendaring, drafting and responding to discovery, assisting in drafting complaints and motions, assisting with trial preparation, case management, and related task. Prior litigation and/or personal injury experience is important but not required. Prior experience in family law and bankruptcy would also be beneficial.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is able to remain productive and task-oriented without constant supervision. The ideal candidate is familiar with Word, Excel and My Case the case management program.
