Collections Specialist – Full Time
📍 Charlotte, NC (In-Office) ***We have another listing for Rock Hill, SC, however this is for our Charlotte, NC Office.***

We are a well-established third-party collection agency seeking motivated Collections Specialists to join our team.
We are expanding our team and hiring up to five (5) full-time Collections Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, goal-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

$17+ per hour based on experience

$14+ per hour for entry-level candidates with no prior experience (training provided)

Monthly performance-based commission

Daily and weekly incentive programs

$500 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment (conditions apply; subject to continued employment and good standing)

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

Work with consumers to establish payment arrangements in a compliant and respectful manner

Accurately document all account activity

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance standards

Follow all company policies, compliance guidelines, and communication standards

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems

Prior collections or call center experience is preferred but not required
