Case Manager for Personal Injury Law Firm

A well-established Personal Injury Law Firm in Calabasas is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on personal injury experience who enjoys client interaction and case management from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct new client intakes and assist with opening personal injury files
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
File and maintain insurance claims with carriers and adjusters
Request, track, and organize medical records and medical billing
Monitor and follow up on clients’ medical treatment progress
Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic and physical case files
Prepare and file legal documents with California courts
Ensure deadlines are met and cases move efficiently
Required Qualifications

Personal Injury law experience is required
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and client-service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Case Manager or Legal Assistant in a PI firm
Familiarity with medical records, liens, and insurance negotiations
Experience filing documents in California courts
