Part-Time LVN Needed – Pediatric Home Care (North Hollywood) M–F

Private family in North Hollywood seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home care for a teenage girl with cerebral palsy.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Consistent weekly schedule. Long-term position.

About the Client:
Teenage female with cerebral palsy. Medically stable and attends school during the day. Skilled nursing support includes:

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Monitoring for safety and comfort
• Assistance with mobility and positioning
• Support with hygiene and ADLs
• Feeding assistance as needed
• Documentation of care provided

Qualifications:
• Active California LVN license (required)
• CPR certified
• Pediatric or special needs experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a private home
• Professional, reliable, and punctual

Compensation:
Pay is funded through the Regional Center and follows approved vendor rates. Must be eligible/willing to work through a Regional Center contracted agency.
