California Panther Security is Hiring Unarmed Security Guards FULL-TIME POSITIONS in the Chatsworth & Canoga Park, CA area, MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH

California Panther Security is currently seeking qualified, licensed, and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. We are looking for reliable individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Minimum Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish
- Valid Active California Guard Card
- Valid Driver’s License (If applicable for the position)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of security experience
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must have flexibility with shift hours and days off
- Must be available to work holidays if needed
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle routine and emergency situations calmly and effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
- Complete accurate and timely incident and activity reports
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety and security concerns
- Follow all post orders and client-specific guidelines
- Respond to incidents and report findings to management as required
