• 65% remodels & renovations
• 25% residential new construction
• 10% punch list & service work

Primary focus is carpentry, including:
• Help lead carpenter in the installation and construction of remodeling and new construction projects.
o Framing and layout assistance
o Trim and finish carpentry
o Doors, windows, siding, flooring and general carpentry tasks
o Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
• Take direction from project lead
• Anticipate upcoming tasks and needs of the project. Prepare tools and materials needed for these tasks
• Accurately measure and cut materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work site, properly store and organize tools and materials, notify lead of damaged/ unsafe tools and equipment
• Protect and maintain the protection of customer property
Driveways, lawns, landscaping, floors, countertops, dust protection etc.
• Expedite materials, operating company vehicles, and garbage disposal
• Work in a safe manner, using personal protection when necessary. Using good judgment regarding the risks involved.
-Notify supervisor of any and all injuries.
• Communicate problems and questions clearly to project lead
• See tasks through to completion.
• Take interest in the overall success of the project.
• Maintain a professional appearance appropriate for the project.
• Accurately track hours to jobs using mobile app

Schedule & Pay
• $24/hour to start
• 4-week performance review, with opportunity to increase pay up to $26/hour
• Sick pay available
• Year-round work
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Flexible hours when needed
• Occasional overtime and occasional weekend work
• Work area includes The Mat-Su and Anchorage

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Clean driving record
• Smart phone and ability to use it for work and tracking hours.
• Own tool belt and basic hand tools
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors
• References required
• No criminal record
