ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER MOBILE HOME PARK

This is a position where an on-site property manager will live and work on the premises of a mobile home park. You will work directly with the owner at times, at other times, you must be self-motivated and get things done to ensure a smooth running property. Many of the tenants speak Spanish, so being bilingual is a plus. Experience in apartment or mobile home park managing is preferred. Duties include keeping track of rents, writing and serving notices to enforce community rules, resolving tenant complaints, coordinating with the maintenance to enable jobs getting repaired, walking the grounds, ensuring the premises are clean, overlooking move-ins and move-outs, keeping tenants files up-to-date, preparing eviction notices, going to court for evictions, etc.
