Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven track record managing production teams and plant performance.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily plant operations
Lead supervisors and production staff
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety compliance are met
Improve operational systems and workflows
Report performance metrics to leadership

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
Graduated a bachelor’s degree
Experience managing plant operations and production teams
Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and inventory
Ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
