Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Workers Compensation

Well-established Workers' Compensation Applicant Law Firm located in Santa Ana is seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal for immediate hire. We offer full medical/dental/vision/and 401(k)/Simple IRA. Preference will be given to applicants with prior long-term employment history. Pay is commensurate with experience and competitive ($25.00 - $40.00/hr).

• Experience in a Worker's Comp Applicant Law Practice is preferred
• Experience with EAMS and A-1
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is not required but is a plus
• Strong work ethic
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills are required
• Assist with the drafting and review of legal documents
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• You will provide overall support to attorneys' litigation needs
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
