Experienced Bartender – Saturdays Only (Rancho Mirage)

Job Description:
Mint Bartending is seeking a reliable, polished, and experienced bartender for every SATURDAY at a local country club in Rancho Mirage. This position offers consistent weekly work in an upscale, professional environment.

Bartenders will represent Mint Bartending while providing exceptional service at club house functions.

SCHEDULE
Every Saturday of the month.
Possibility to pick up additional shift on Fridays & some Thursday
Event hours vary (primarily evenings from 4:00pm-9:30pm)


Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bartending experience required (event or high-volume experience preferred)
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and standard bar service
Professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for a country club setting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to all Saturdays
Reliable transportation to Rancho Mirage
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies
Ability to confidently use a credit card–based POS/cashier system
Valid alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and break down bar stations
Prepare and serve beverages responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Interact professionally with guests, and staff members
Follow all alcohol service laws and venue policies
Uphold Mint Bartending’s brand standards
