Range Kitchen & Tap is a new midtown restaurant seeking a skilled Line Cook with strong pizza-making experience to join our full-service restaurant. If you’re confident stretching dough, building pizzas, and managing oven timing in a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, with a primary focus on preparing high-quality pizzas while supporting overall line operations. Consistency, speed, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
* Stretch dough, build pizzas, and manage oven timing efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
* Assist with prep and proper ingredient storage
* Support smooth service during busy shifts
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of line cook experience with pizza-making experience required
* Strong understanding of dough handling and oven management
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Team-oriented with good communication skills
