Discovery Clerk/Legal Assistant

A Roseville personal injury plaintiff's law firm is looking to hire a Discovery Clerk and Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in the plaintiff's personal injury field.

Key tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:

-Assist with answering office phones;
-All Discovery (propounding and responding);
-Medical record requests;
-Client correspondence;
-Drafting legal documents, including demands;
-Other clerical tasks as needed.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation DOE and ranges from $22-$25/hour.
