Job Description

Dolphin Water is expanding our Permanent Clean Water Program™ and selectively enrolling 3–4 experienced door-to-door leaders.

This is a leadership-track opportunity within an established operation serving Orange County homeowners.

Selected candidates complete a 2–3 month structured training and alignment period before advancing into Team Leader responsibilities.
Structured Training (2–3 Months)

During training, you operate in the role of CWA – Clean Water Advocate.

As a CWA, you will test water for homeowners concerned about water quality.

CWAs educate homeowners and enroll them into the Permanent Clean Water Program™.

Homeowners enjoy clean water from every faucet for life — without changing their household budget.

They remain part of the program long-term, and referrals continue long-term — creating recurring opportunity for the CWA.

Successful completion of training leads to advancement into Team Leader responsibilities.

Compensation

• 2+ years door-to-door sales background
• History of training or mentoring reps
• Comfortable operating within a structured, referral-driven model
• Capable of shifting from high-pressure sales environments
• Professional presence and strong communication
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
