Resident Manager for Adult Care Home or Live In Caregiver

We are hiring a full-time, live-in Resident Manager for a licensed Adult Foster Care Home located in West Linn, Oregon. This position includes free on-site housing (private living area + all utilities) in exchange for providing daily care and household management for up to five senior residents.



Position Highlights:
Live-in required (private room provided at no cost)
Full-time role with scheduled days off
Provide daily resident care, medication assistance, meals, documentation, and household oversight
Maintain a clean, calm, and supportive home environment
Work directly with the owner for training and ongoing support


Ideal Candidate:
2+ Years of Experience in caregiving, AFH, APD, or memory care
Responsible, organized, and kind
Able to manage routines, communicate well, and supervise staff when needed
Must meet Oregon Adult Foster Home licensing requirements and pass a background check


Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience
Free housing + utilities included
Starting Salary: $5K and up
