Working closely with the Kennel Manager and veterinary staff, you’ll oversee daily operations, maintain a clean and organized facility, and provide hands-on care to our furry guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love for animals with your leadership skills in a collaborative and compassionate setting.Key Responsibilities Assist in managing kennel operations, including scheduling and supervising staff. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort in all kennel areas. Provide hands-on care for pets, including feeding, bathing, and monitoring their health and behavior. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their pets’ care and well-being. Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Support the Kennel Manager in training and mentoring kennel staff. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kennel, animal care, or similar environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A genuine passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
