General Labor-2nd Shift

Title: General labor
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76104
Duration: 3 Months

Shift: 3PM to 11PM (Sunday/Wednesday off)

Max Pay: $16.50/hr.

Immediate offer followed by Paperwork and BGC and Drug Test. Need a candidate who can start immediately after cleance.

RESUME is required.


Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and operation of machinery including forklifts and power tools to support manufacturing processes
Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure product quality and efficiency
Support warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials within the facility
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards and operational flow
Follow detailed instructions on assembly lines to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of materials movement, equipment usage, and shift activities
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve workflow processes

Experience
Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, or warehouse experience is highly advantageous
Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly line work enhances your ability to succeed in this role
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving
