Caregiver for mom $12/hr cash Mon to Fri

I need someone to stay with my mom Mon to Fri 8a to 4p. Looking someone at 5'6 or taller to assist with standing. You must be able to change her diaper, turn, and assist with feeding. She is awake and alert, but gets confused due to dementia at times. She uses a wheelchair. This is a weekly cash pay. You must be professional with caregiver experience. You must have reliable transportation. We must find someone who will not call in or ask to leave early frequently. You must be patient and have a sense of humor. My mom can be annoying and difficult at times. We need someone who will not stay on their cell phone all day. You must a non-smoker. She is allergic to the smell of smoke.
