We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our oriental foods company.
Duties include:
Calling customers
Handling customer questions and problems
Taking customer orders
Entering orders on the computer
Managing customer accounts
Comfortable using computers
Customer service experience preferred
Mandarin speaking preferred
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
