Job Description
Med Spa in Beverly Hills is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone polished, professional, and comfortable working in a luxury beauty environment.
Schedule (in-person not remote work)
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – ~6:00 PM (or until the nurse finishes for the day)
• Sunday: 10:30 AM – ~5:30 PM (or until the nurse finishes for the day)
Responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming phone calls and client text messages
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments
• Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional first impression
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining front desk order
• Supporting daily operations as needed
Requirements:
• Prior front desk or receptionist experience strongly preferred, especially in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and presentation appropriate for a high-end spa setting
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Must be based in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to Beverly Hills
Compensation:
• Hourly pay at minimum wage
