I am the owner of an established car dealership located in Norfolk, Virginia, and I am currently seeking a Social Media & Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and grow our online presence.

This role focuses on creating and posting engaging video content and running advertisements across TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms. The ideal candidate is reliable, creative, and understands how to drive real results through social media marketing.

Position Responsibilities

Create and post short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
Manage and optimize paid social media ads
Develop consistent posting schedules and content strategies
Represent the dealership professionally on camera and online
Track performance and adjust content to improve results
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Proven experience with TikTok, Instagram, and social media advertising
Strong work ethic and high level of personal responsibility
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
