About Us

We are a small, active residential construction company looking for a highly organized Office Coordinator to support operations, document tracking, and follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and keeping things moving.

Responsibilities

Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances

Follow up on documents, approvals, and payments

Communicate with city permit offices to check permit and review status

Upload, organize, and manage project documents

Monitor email and respond to routine messages

Maintain simple project and permit trackers

Flag issues early when something is delayed or missing

Requirements

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong written communication skills

Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online portals

Proactive with follow-ups

Reliable and consistent

Must have own computer and reliable internet for remote work

Pay & Terms

$25/hour

Part-time to start (20–25 hrs/week)

90-day probationary period

Opportunity to grow into a larger role
