Oko‘a Farms is looking for a Produce Specialist who loves fresh, locally grown food and takes pride in keeping it at its best. If you have prior retail produce experience and enjoy fast-paced days filled with color, movement, and great conversations, you’ll feel right at home here.

What Your Days Look Like
Our days are hands-on, active, and full of fresh arrivals.
You’ll:
Receive and stock 1–2 pallets of ultra-fresh, locally grown produce daily
Rotate product carefully to keep everything at peak freshness
Build and maintain full, beautiful, shop-ready displays
Share produce knowledge, tips, and enthusiasm with customers
Support the team wherever needed to keep the store flowing smoothly
Help create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly experience
Simple, physical, satisfying work — done right.
Training & Placement
Up to 12 weeks of paid training at our Pukalani location
Hands-on learning with experienced produce and store leaders
Placement at Pukalani or Wailea following training
What We’re Looking For
Prior retail produce experience (required)
A real passion for fresh food and local agriculture
A positive, team-first attitude
Comfort in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Willingness to work in coolers and varied environments
