Pool Construction Laborer / Installer – Full-Time

Secoma Pools & Construction is hiring 2 full-time pool construction laborers/installers to join our growing crew. We build high-quality fiberglass swimming pools throughout the Treasure Valley.

This is hands-on, outdoor construction work. We’re looking for dependable people who want steady work, good pay, and a solid crew — not seasonal or temporary help.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with excavation and site prep

Setting fiberglass pool shells

Trenching and assisting with plumbing

Backfill and grading

Equipment setup and basic construction tasks

Working with concrete crews and other trades

Keeping job sites clean and organized

Schedule

Full-time

Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

Typical start time: early morning

Local jobs — home every night

Pay & Benefits

$18–$30/hour, depending on experience

Overtime available

Steady work (not job-to-job bouncing)

Opportunity to grow into a lead installer / foreman role

Work with a small, experienced crew — no corporate nonsense

What We’re Looking For

Construction experience preferred (pool, concrete, landscaping, excavation, plumbing a plus)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Physically able to lift, dig, and work on your feet all day

Reliable transportation to job sites

Good attitude and willingness to learn

Shows up on time and ready to work

No pool experience required for the right person — we’ll train someone who works hard and wants to grow.
