Job Description
I have two airbnbs both 3 beds 2 baths one in champaign and another one in Urbana.
Work Hours - 11 am to 4 pm. Whenever guest leaves we prepare the house for the next booking. Requires to work on weekends and weekdays.
Requirements - Sincerity and Dependability. MUST HAVE A CAR. If possible experience with hospitality.
My guest check in time is 3 pm for the house in champaign and 4 pm for the house in Urbana.
Will pay 30 dollars per cleaning of the house. Each house will take 2 hours to clean. And there is 12 minutes drive between the two house.
Approximate pay - 500 - 1000 Dollars but depends on the number of bookings. If you will take care of properties every month I will put a minimum of 500 dollars per month even if I get less than 17 bookings per month.
Can pay in cash or payroll. I will do a background check.
