Dental Hygienist – 2 Days/Week

Are you a caring, patient-centered Dental Hygienist who wants to work in an office that truly feels like home? We’re looking for a friendly and compassionate hygienist to join our team 2 days per week in an environment built on professionalism, kindness, collaboration, and genuine connection.

We believe every team member’s voice matters - from treatment planning to workflow ideas to patient experience. What You’ll Do:
-Provide thorough hygiene care including cleanings, radiographs, fluoride application, and patient education
-Build trusting relationships with patients of all ages
-Collaborate closely with our dentist and surrounding team on treatment planning
-Maintain accurate digital records and uphold high standards of infection control
-Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease

What We’re Looking For:
-Licensed Dental Hygienist (Indiana)
-Efficient communication skills and warm chairside manner
-A team player who enjoys working together and sharing ideas
-Someone who thrives in a calm, low-stress office environment

-Pay: $38–$44/hour (based on experience)
