Loves organizing, taking lots of notes, and thinking on a whiteboard. A curious, excellent listener who enjoys brainstorming, supporting branding strategy, and being an encouraging, positive presence. Must love learning, be teachable, and able to teach back.

Helps keep the studio and work areas clean, organized, and ready for creative work. You’ll occasionally sit in on client meetings to listen, take notes, and help keep ideas and next steps clear. You’ll be close to real creative work, not stuck on the sidelines—helping shape stories, visuals, and moments people actually connect with. Your observations, ideas, and perspective will be genuinely valued.

About the work at Hagen Labs
We do experimental, hands-on work across many fields: music, robotics, writing computer code, space and physics projects, 3D printing, VR, Bible projects, games, and AI. You don’t need to be an expert in any of this—curiosity and follow-through matter more. The role includes running errands, assembling equipment, occasionally carrying medium to heavy items, and exciting on-camera work for video podcasts and YouTube series. This is a calm, curious, no-hustle environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
