Over night caregiver

I am looking for a devoted caregiver for my twins who have cerebral palsy. One is a boy and the other is a girl. They are 30 years old and are very smart and have many activities that they do throughout the day on their own space. They have great communication skills and enjoy caregivers who come to care for them. The twins will need help with meals and meal prep, however, they both feed themselves, light cleaning of their rooms and in the kitchen after cooking meals, any mess that the children make is your responsibility to clean, laundry, you must keep your dedicated space, clean, and bathing just Katie. Jesse has someone who comes in to bath him….etc
This position is a salary position. We cannot pay you more. After taxes it pays close to $650. The hours will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. This is an over night position. Occasionally, the twins need assistance overnight. There are no exceptions for calling off due to the fact that we are a small crew and it is not fair to others to call off. If you’re not feeling well, you can lay in your bed and we will give you medicines to help you get past whatever you’re feeling just as long as you’re able to get up and help the kids periodically. I will be happy to assist you during that time and you will not be expected to complete all duties if this is the case.
