Supervisor

A Nationally based janitorial Mall services contractor with a “unique style “has management opportunities in Parkway Mall. Our business is providing janitorial and maintenance services to shopping centers throughout the country. To be successful you will possess the following skills: Be organized, team oriented, be a Natural Leader who likes a challenge, be” hands on” when needed to train, be detailed oriented, and have great communication skills. Management experience preferred in the service industry, but not essential if you are a quick learner, and great student of our business.

Light maintenance experience is require.
Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
Lead with housekeeping and maintenance group
Additionally, being Bilingual is a big plus as we have Hispanic and American employees on our teams.
