Construction is about to be overwhelmed with work
Work will likely start up in the upcoming weeks
We will need several workers with the knowledge, skills, and ability to complete all aspects of the job.
Most of the work coming up is warranty work and building TI work.

We need people with ALL of the following capabilities:
You will have to pass a skill assessment test at the time of application.
MUST have tools for carpentry, drywall mud/tape, and some painting
MUST have experience working on commercial and multifamily construction sites
MUST be able to pass a background check
MUST have a valid drivers license WITH their OWN reliable vehicle
MUST be able to pass a Drug Test
MUST be dependable - show up on time on days your scheduled
MUST have steel toed boots - Requirement! NO EXCEPTIONS(NO SHOES, steel toed boots ONLY)

Walk in, complete an application, and on-the-spot interview
MUST bring documentation for employment to complete E-Verify
