Quincea is hiring Day Program Direct Care Providers to support adults with disabilities in daily living skills, independence, and community engagement. This is hands-on, purpose-driven work where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do (In Plain English)

You’ll work directly with members to support daily activities, independence, and personal growth—while keeping everyone safe, respected, and supported.
• Help members learn and practice life skills
• Support individuals and small groups during day program activities
• Follow each member’s Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Document progress and complete required logs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity at all times
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings
• Be a positive role model (language, behavior, respect all matter)

Requirements (Important Stuff)
• 18+ years old (23+ if driving)
• High school diploma or GED
OR 1 year of related experience (behavioral health / habilitation)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs (occasionally more)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and assist members physically
• Must pass background and fingerprint clearance
• Willingness to complete all required training

Certifications Needed (or Willing to Obtain)
• Article 9 Certification
• CPR & First Aid
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Additional certifications as required per member needs

Driving Duties (If Transporting Members)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Proof of auto insurance & registration
• Ability to assist with vehicle entry/exit, seat belts, wheelchairs
• Required vehicle safety checks after transport
• Follow Arizona traffic laws and Quincea policies at all times

Physical & Work Environment Notes
• Moderate noise level
• May work in summer heat
• Active role with frequent movement
• Requires alertness, awareness, and responsibility
