Painting "Service" Technician

America's Home Pros is a Fast Growing company that is expanding in the Phoenix area. We are seeking an experienced Painter with Handyman skills to join our team. Our services include Exterior Painting, Stucco Repairs, Light Carpentry and Drywall work. In this role, you'll provide high-quality service work for existing customers. This is a valley wide position. You will be a road warrior. All the jobs you will be working on are existing customers that need service or small repairs done.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform minor exterior repairs, including painting with brush and bucket to small spray jobs, stucco patching, wood trim fixes, drywall repairs, window and door adjustments, light carpentry, and light electrical tasks. Painting & Drywall are mandatory skills!
*Must be efficient with technology for use of apps and company software applications.
*Must be comfortable asking for money and collecting past due balances.
*Be a great team player and bring a positive attitude to your work.
*Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and earn 5 Star Reviews!

Qualifications:

*Proven experience with exterior painting and drywall... We can teach stucco and carpentry.
*All painting hand tools, ladders, spray rig, a full painting set up.
*Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
*Able to work Monday - Friday
