Position Overview:
Are you eager to start earning money? We're
seeking motivated seasoned individuals for sales roles in our Debt Resolution and
Settlement department.
If you can read a script, follow simple
directions, and handle high-volume inbound calls, this is your place to earn and get
paid weekly based on performance!
Key Responsibilities:
● Answer high-volume inbound calls of potential clients.
● Read from provided scripts to explain debt resolution options and guide clients through
the process.
● Follow clear instructions to qualify leads and close approved deals.
● Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to learning in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
● Ability to read scripts aloud clearly and confidently.
● Willingness to follow directions and adhere to call protocols.
● Comfortable with high-volume inbound calls
● Solid computer skills and typing efficiency
● Available for full-time in office work
● Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Paid Weekly: Earnings based on approved deals—no hourly wage, pure commission to

● Potential for rapid advancement based on performance.
Experience in debt resolution and settlement a must.
Familiarity with Forth CRM (Formally Debt Pay Pro) a Plus.
Commission Plan:
Our tiered commission structure rewards high performers with increasing payouts per approved
deal. Commissions are calculated weekly based on the number of approved deals you close.
The tiers are Retroactive! Average rep doing 2-3 deals/day.
Number of Approved Deals (Weekly)
Commission Payable per Approved Deal Every Friday!
Tier 1: 1-5 deals $110
Tier 2: 6-10 deals $125
Tier 3: 11-15 deals $150
Tier 4: 16-19 deals $175
Tier 5: 20+ deals $200
Plus cash spiffs!
