Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to promote and sell our Alkaline Filters, ORP, and Carbon Mineral products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, familiarity with the water filtration industry, and the ability to build relationships with distributors, water equipment sales companies, and water stores.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact potential customers, including distributors, water equipment sales companies, and water stores.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Compensation Structure:
• First Month: Low base salary (training and onboarding period).
• After First Month:
o 10% commission on sales up to $100,000.
o 15% commission on sales exceeding $300,000.
• Opportunity for high earnings based on performance.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the water filtration or related industry.
• Knowledge of water filtration products (alkaline filters, ORP, carbon minerals) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
• Must be able to work from home, office, or in the field.
