Resident Support
Interact with residents in a warm, patient, and respectful manner.
Assist with meal preferences when appropriate and help promote positive dining experiences.
Understand the unique needs of individuals living with dementia, including food‑related behaviors and safety considerations.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection‑control standards.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
Properly store food, rotate stock, and monitor expiration dates.
Comply with state regulations, health department standards, and company policies.
