Busy electrical/ solar/ lighting company is seeking a full or part time office admin assistant.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Answering phones.
- Filling out permits/ submitting permits.
- Mailing docs, bills, invoices, small packages, plans, etc.
- Communicating with other company offices, management, owner, other staff.
- Calling customers.
- Following up on approvals, permits, shipments, orders, etc.
- Assisting upper management/ owner with tasks.
Some driving is required as needed- company vehicle provided, which could be, but not limited to:
- Picking up/ dropping off permits, documents, mail, etc.
- Picking up/ dropping off payments.
- Picking up mail from company mailboxes.
- Picking up office supplies, stamps, shipping supplies, etc.
- Making deposits at the bank.
- Other admin request.
Experience is not required, but will be considered.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to communicate and follow written and oral instructions.
- Computer skills, not limited to excel, word, email, etc.
- Able to problem solve.
- Professional attitude with staff & customers.
- Ability to stay organized.
Full time:
- Hours are M- F 8-4.
- Paid 1/2 hour lunch.
- Medical, dental, vision- on day 1.
- PTO, Vacation, sick time.
Part time:
Hours & time can be discussed via in person interview.
