Location: North San Luis Obispo County (primarily Paso Robles, Templeton, & Atascadero)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Plumber to join our growing team. This role focuses on service calls, plumbing repairs, and residential remodel projects. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Perform service calls including leak detection, fixture repairs, drain issues, and water heater service
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, and appliances
- Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for kitchen and bathroom remodels
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope of work and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Accurately document work completed, materials used, and service reports

Qualifications
1+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Mechanically inclined, preferably strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools
Experience with service/repair work and remodel projects
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Plumbing license or certification a plus (or ability to obtain)
