HIRING: Skilled Concrete & Framing Laborers

We are looking for two (2) highly experienced laborers to join our team. This isn’t a "learn on the job" position—we need pros who can hit the ground running and contribute to high-quality builds from day one.

TRIAL PERIOD: 2-week paid trial to assess fit, skill level, and reliability.

LONG-TERM: If you prove your worth during the trial, a permanent, full-time position will be offered.

PAY: $30-35/hr

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in either concrete (forming, pouring, finishing) or framing (wood or metal, structural, and layout).
- Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: You have your own dependable transportation and arrive on time.
- Physical Ability: Capable of heavy lifting and working in outdoor conditions.
- Gear: Must have your own basic hand tools and PPE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up forms and reinforcing steel for concrete pours.
- Framing walls, floors, and roof structures accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site.
- Working efficiently as part of a small, fast-paced crew.
