Hiring Painters and Blasters

Join our finishing team at White Tower, where skilled painters and blasters play a critical role in preparing and protecting parts for long‑lasting performance. If you take pride in clean surfaces, quality coatings, and safe, efficient work, we want you on our crew.

Pay: $20/hr

Shifts Available:
A & B Shift: 2‑3‑2 schedule, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
C Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Friday overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, scale, and other contaminants.
- Prepare surfaces to meet required finish and cleanliness specifications.
- Set up and adjust blasting machines for proper pressure, nozzle size, and abrasive flow.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Inspect blasted parts and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Maintain proper ventilation and dust collection during blasting.
- Keep the work area clean and free of debris.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in industrial blasting or a similar manufacturing/production role.
- Knowledge of abrasive blasting techniques, equipment operation, and surface preparation standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
