Job Description
We are a well-established answering service experiencing a high call volume and need reliable in-office help immediately.
This is a phone-heavy role. If you are comfortable answering calls, taking accurate messages, and staying focused, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Answer incoming business calls professionally
-Collect caller information accurately (name, phone number, reason for call)
-Route messages according to instructions
-Enter notes into simple systems (training provided)
-Maintain a calm, professional tone during busy periods
Required Skills
-Clear, professional phone voice
-Basic computer skills (typing, email, simple data entry)
-Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Customer service or call center experience
Office or receptionist background
Familiarity with business phone etiquette
In-office position
Weekday hours (details discussed during interview)
Local candidates only
