Responsibilities:
• Apply lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest control
• Safely mix and apply chemicals according to company standards and regulations
• Accurately identify lawn issues and communicate recommendations to customers
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and records
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

Qualifications:
• Lawn care or chemical application experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
