You’ll work in a variety of settings, including private residences, assisted living communities, and nursing homes, building genuine relationships and becoming a trusted part of someone’s daily life. If you’re caring, patient, and take pride in helping others, this role offers purpose, flexibility, and the opportunity to leave every shift knowing you made someone’s day better.

Monitor and observe client conditions and report any changes to the care team
Assist with medication reminders or administration as directed
Take and document vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systems
Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care, using compassionate memory-care techniques
Safely assist with medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheter care, and mobility devices
Prepare meals and assist with feeding to support proper nutrition
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, basic cleaning) to maintain a safe, comfortable environment
Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy (HIPAA compliant)
What We’re Looking For

Experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred
CPR certification required (additional certifications such as dementia or hospice care are a plus)
Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or developmental disabilities preferred
Familiarity with medical documentation and EMR/EHR systems
Strong observation skills and attention to safety
A kind, patient, and compassionate personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols
Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between client locations
Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Meaningful, rewarding work where you see the impact of your care
Supportive team environment that values and respects caregivers
Opportunities to work one-on-one with clients and build lasting relationships
A company culture focused on compassion, respect, and quality care
If you have a heart for caregiving and want a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you.
