Sheet Metal Worker

Custom sheet metal shop seeks qualified applicant to join our shop team. Selected applicant must be able to work well with their hands and head. The ability to use basic hand tools is necessary and the ability to read a tape measure to the 16ths of an inch is a needed skill. Selected applicants will receive training on use of shop equipment and possibly welding.
Common tasks include accurately cutting and bending metal pieces to become parts of products produced, material handling and inventory tracking are also large parts of our need for quality individuals. There are great opportunities for well suited candidates to progress into management rolls.
Work shift begins at 6am and a common 8 hour shifts end at 2:30pm Monday through Friday. it is not uncommon to have an opportunity to work overtime until 4pm if workload and ability present themselves.
Paychecks are distributed weekly on Fridays.
