Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant/Gym Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant/Gym Manager to lead our wellness center. In this dual role, you will manage daily gym operations and provide exceptional physical therapy support to clients when needed. Primary Responsibilities – Live Well Gym Management

Oversee daily operations of the physical therapy wellness gym
Provide a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for clients and staff
Develop and implement wellness programs, including exercise instruction/classes, member onboarding, and fitness assessments
Instruct clients on proper use of gym equipment and safe exercise techniques
Monitor gym usage, manage scheduling, and ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly
Support marketing efforts for gym programs, memberships, and special events
Assist with tracking attendance, membership data, and program outcomes
Train and supervise any possible gym aides or support staff as needed

Physical Therapy Assistant Duties

Assist licensed physical therapists with patient treatments and therapeutic interventions
Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress in compliance with clinic standards
Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and assist with modalities
Guide patients through prescribed exercises and mobility activities
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout therapy sessions
Communicate effectively with the physical therapy team regarding patient observations and progress
