RESIDENTIAL CLEANER/LABORER

Position available in a friendly community with a great staff. In need of a maintenance cleaner/laborer who is hardworking, a team player, possesses good judgment, and has the ability to work well with all types of people. Wage depending on skills and experience. This position will support the maintenance department in a variety of tasks on the fairly new 120-apartment property. Working directly with a technician or alone, the cleaner/laborer will mainly perform cleaning of the buildings and common areas, but also assist with heavy work in moving items, pressure washing, and performing other physically challenging duties. The laborer will also run errands, help put away shop supply room inventory, and assist with prepping for work in the field, among other related duties.

Ideal Characteristics and Qualifications

• Prior work experience in similar work environment
• High standards with attention to detail
• History of good work attendance
• Learns quickly and follows instructions, procedures, and schedules
• Possesses valid Hawai`i driver license, auto insurance, and clean driver’s abstract
• Able to speak, read, and write English to fulfill the job requirements
• Able to lift 75 lbs
