Audiology/Hearing Aid Assistant, 5 hrs/week

We are seeking a technically minded and detail oriented person to help us with hearing aid orders, checkin, troubleshooting, and associated paperwork tasks. Island Audiology serves Kauai's hearing care needs with hearing testing and hearing aids for all ages. At present we are busy and our solo Audiologist needs a little help to free up more patient time, especially until our Audiology extern (student) arrives in August 2026.

You dont need experience with hearing aids, but it helps to have strong technology skills and high attention to detail. We need 5-6 hours per week, flexible. Could be 1 hour each day, could be a couple longer blocks each week. Our incoming hearing aid orders go through a thorough checkin and setup process before the appointment is scheduled- can you put together small electronics, run a few tests with our equipment, and prep a little paperwork for the appointment? We could use your help!
